Testing of Charging/Battery Swap Equipment




KETOP can provide one-stop testing services for EV charging/battery swapping systems such as AC/DC. charging and discharging equipment and charging/battery swapping stations.

Testing Capabilities   


Protocol Tests

 ■ Equipped with communication protocol test platforms for charger, it meets the communication protocol testing requirements between charger and electric vehicle, as well as within charger (among various modules).

Environmental Tests

 ■ Can conduct multiple types of mechanical tests including vibration tests, shock tests, impact tests, drop tests, and more.

 ■ Equipped with environmental test equipment such as high-low temperature and humidity chambers, low-pressure chambers, dust and water resistance test devices, salt spray test chambers, and noise test laboratories.

 ■ It has the capability to conduct tests on safety items such as clearance, creepage distance, and fire-related aspects.

 ■ Equipped with a highly accelerated life test chamber, it can provide an ambient temperature range from -100℃ to 200℃, with a maximum temperature change rate of 100℃ per minute. It can also provide 6-axis random vibration with an intensity ranging from 5Grms to 75Grms.


Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Tests

 ■ Can conduct tests including radiated emissions from enclosure ports, conducted emissions from AC input ports and CPT ports, conducted emissions from signal ports, magnetic field emissions from keyless entry systems, electrostatic discharge immunity, radio-frequency field-induced conducted disturbance immunity, radio-frequency electromagnetic field radiated immunity, electrical fast transient/burst immunity, surge immunity, power frequency immunity, power frequency magnetic field immunity, voltage dips and short interruptions immunity, harmonic current emissions, and voltage fluctuations and flicker tests.


New Energy Tests

 ■ Equipped with a fully automatic charger testing platform, on-site testing for PV & energy storage charging stations systems,meet the testing requirements of EV charging system like Chaoji, 2015+, European standards and US standards.
