Testing of New Energy PV, Energy Storage and Converter Transformer Equipment



KETOP provides testing services for high-power power electronic products such as photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, and power quality product.


Applicable Product Types


PV Products: PV power station, PV inverter, PV combiner box, etc.

Energy Storage Products: Energy storage station, Power conversion system (PCS), Grid-forming power conversion system, Battery management system (BMS), Energy management system (EMS), Energy storage battery pack, Central control system, etc.

Power Quality Products: Low-voltage reactive power compensation device, Low-voltage active power filter, etc.

Testing Capabilities 

Environmental Testing

 ■ Capable of conducting various mechanical tests such as vibration test, impact test, collision test, drop test, etc.

 ■ Equipped with environmental test equipment like high and low temperature humidity chambers, low-pressure chambers, dust and water protection devices, salt spray test equipment, and noise test labs.

 ■ Possesses the capability to perform safety item tests such as electrical clearance, creepage distance, and ignition.

 ■ Has the high-acceleration life test chamber, which can provide an environmental temperature ranging from -100℃ to 200℃, with a maximum temperature change rate of 100℃/min. It can provide 6-axis random vibration with an intensity of 5Grms ~75Grms.


Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing

 ■ Capable of conducting tests including radiated emission, conducted emission, slow damped oscillatory wave immunity, fast damped oscillatory wave immunity, electrostatic discharge immunity, conducted disturbance immunity induced by radio frequency fields, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity, electrical fast transient burst immunity, surge immunity, power frequency immunity, power frequency magnetic field immunity, voltage dip and short interruption immunity, power supply voltage slow drop/rise, and 0-150kHz radio frequency disturbance immunity tests.


Dynamic Simulation Testing

 ■ Possesses the capability of hardware-in-the-loop simulation testing for converter controllers in wind, solar, energy storage, charging, etc.

 ■ Has the capability to conduct dynamic model tests for microgrid and energy internet control devices.

 ■ Capable of performing dynamic simulation tests for devices such as coordination controllers related to new energy station.

 ■ Possesses the capability to conduct dynamic simulation tests for secondary equipment in new energy scenario.

 ■ Capable of performing dynamic simulation tests for UHV DC transmission control and protection equipment, flexible DC control and protection equipment, etc.
