Functional Tests

Our laboratory is capable of performing functional performance tests for: pulse current partial discharge, transient earth voltage (TEV) partial discharge, high-frequency partial discharge, ultra-high-frequency (UHF) partial discharge, ultrasonic partial discharge, temperature, humidity, irradiance, pressure, dew point, water level, clarity, color reproduction, signal-to-noise ratio, tilt angle, and leakage current.

Climatic Environmental Tests

Our laboratory is equipped with environmental test facilities including temperature/humidity chambers, low-pressure chambers, dust/water ingress protection test equipment, salt mist tests, icing tests, and anechoic chambers.

Mechanical Performance Tests

Our laboratory is capable of conducting various types of mechanical performance tests such as vibration tests, shock tests, bump tests, and drop tests.

Safety Compliance Tests

Our laboratory possesses a complete set of automated safety testers for performing tests including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, and impulse voltage withstand.

Reliability Tests

Our laboratory is equipped with a Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT) chamber, it is capable of providing an ambient temperature range of -100°C to 200°C with a maximum temperature change rate of 100°C/min. It can also provide 6-degree-of-freedom random vibration with intensities from 5 Grms to 75 Grms.

EMC Tests

Our laboratory is capable of conducting the following tests: Radiated Emissions, Conducted Emissions, Damped Oscillatory Wave (Slow) Immunity, Damped Oscillatory Wave (Fast) Immunity, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Immunity, Conducted Immunity induced by RF fields, Radiated RF Electromagnetic Field Immunity, Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Immunity, Surge Immunity, Power Frequency Immunity, Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity, Voltage Dips and Short Interruptions Immunity, Voltage Gradual shut-down/start-up.
