1) In January 2005,  Xuchang Relay Institute funded the establishment of Xuchang Electrical Apparatus Testing & Research Institute (XEATRI), which has been the body corporate of National Quality Supervision & Testing Center of Relay.

 2) In October 2006,  XEATRI passed the review of “National Laboratory Accreditation”, “Metrology Certification Accreditation” and “Accreditation for National Center of Quality Supervision & Testing”.

 3) In February 2007, "Xuchang Electrical Apparatus Testing & Research Institute" renamed to "Xuchang KETOP Electrical Apparatus Testing & Research Institute" (KETOP)

 4) On June 12th, 2007, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration approved renaming of "National Quality Supervision & Testing Center of Relay" to "National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing of Relay Protection & Automation Equipment".

 5) In December 2009, KETOP passed the review of “National Laboratory Accreditation””, “Metrology Certification Accreditation” and "Accreditation for National Center of Quality Supervision & Testing”.

 6) In May 2011, the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Management Committee formally approved the preparation of  "National Control for Quality Supervision & Testing of Smart Micro-Grid Control Equipment & System" by KETOP, in the official document NALL [2011] Reference No.80.

7) In October 2012, KETOP passed the “ 4 in 1” accreditation ,which contains “National Laboratory Accreditation”, “Review of Accreditation for National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing of Relay Protection & Automation Equipment”, ” Preliminary Accreditaion for National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing  of Smart Micro-Grid Control Equipment & System” and " Metrology Certification Accreditaion ” .

 8) In February 2013, the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Management Committee authorized KETOP the title of "National Control for Quality Supervision & Testing of Smart Micro-Grid Control Equipment & System", and to carry out business of quality supervision and testing for corresponding products, in the official document NALL [2013] Reference No.14.

 9) In December 2013, "Xuchang KETOP Electrical Apparatus Testing & Research Institute" renamed to "Xuchang KETOP Testing Technology Co., LTD" in Industrial and Commercial Bureau registration.

 10) In June 2015,  KETOP passed the “ 5 in 1” accreditation ,which contains “National Laboratory Accreditation”, “Review of Accreditation for National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing of Relay Protection & Automation Equipment”, ” Qualification Accreditaion for National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing  of Smart Micro-Grid Control Equipment & System” .

 11) In March 2017, the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Management Committee formally authorized KETOP the title of   "National Center For Quality Supervision & Testing  of Smart Micro-Grid Control Equipment & System", and to carry out business of quality supervision and testing for corresponding products.

 12) In September 2017, "Xuchang KETOP Testing Technology Co., LTD" renamed to "Xuchang KETOP Testing & Research Institute Corp., LTD" in Industrial and Commercial Bureau registration.

 13) In November 2018, "Xuchang KETOP Testing & Research Institute Corp., LTD" happily announced that its headquarter has finished relocation.
