Amidst the ongoing enhancement of product standardization requirements by State Grid and China Southern Grid, which involves the formulation of numerous implementation specifications for related communication protocols, the existing testing tools have been inadequate to meet the developmental needs of new domestic technologies and standards. In response, Xuchang KETOP Research Institute Co., Ltd. has independently developed the ART-Protocol, a multi-protocol-based conformance testing platform. This platform supports various protocols including IEC 61850, 101, 102, 104, Modbus, and DL/T 645. It features straightforward environmental configuration, a high degree of automation, and flexible expandability. It enables the flexible selection of testing scenarios for different communication protocols, automatically matches suitable communication interfaces, test cases, protocol analysis libraries, and report templates based on the protocol type, and completes the automatic matching of communication parameters and test cases according to configuration files. The platform uniformly manages test data and message logs generated during the testing process, automatically generating test reports and records. Having been successfully applied in laboratories for testing various communication protocols and trialed by multiple users, the platform demonstrates advanced technical indicators and reliable operational performance. 
     In September 2023, this achievement was appraised by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Henan Electrical Appliance Industry Association as having reached the internationally advanced level.
